When MMPI decided to step in and revitalize the then failing Art Chicago International Art Show, they only had one month to determine how they could accommodate such a show on their temporary floors. marquardt+ was asked to work with MMPI to design and create a full mock up of two galleries in order to decide the best way to build out the temporary exhibit spaces.

The design team was responsible for the layout configurations, consulting on the wall system design, details, lighting and mock up art selections and graphics. MMPI was subsequently selected to be the permanent host of Art Chicago and continues to do so today.
