marquardt+ was brought in to help ESI establish their brand presence at the Merchandise Mart and to showcase the ESI brand as a national player in the market.
The goal was to activate the deep, narrow space and maintain a sense of flow and clarity. It was key to provide a high impact storefront while not blocking the view of the product and showroom from the hallway. The final space is an elegant, clean feel that showcases the ESI product while allowing the millwork, displays and walls to fall into the background.
