marquardt+’s translation of the experiential expression of the Flagship Showroom in Chicago to the new 550 sq ft space located in the D&D building in New York was an exciting challenge. The goal was to create an experience that reflected the earthen, artisan and elegant Romanoff brand standard developed in Chicago, while providing as many product presentations as possible. m+ successfully inserted 76% of the SKUs and product panels in 20% of the space! m+ translated the custom elements from Chicago into the NY space. A new custom sample rack was designed to maximize space and be beautiful when exposed, along with new chandeliers designed by Tom Marquardt. The designs are currently being vetted by m+ and Maya Romanoff for a custom lighting fixture line anticipated to launch in the near future, so check back often!
