As part of the exterior and interior architectural renovation of The Bruss Company headquarters and tradeshow exhibit package, marquardt+ developed a specialized corporate conference room presentation and test kitchen for their Chicago office.

The renovation provided a professional branded product experience for potential and existing customers to engage product in the context of application. Bruss is a portion control meat purveyor, a division of IBP (Iowa Beef Processors), and the office was their ‘storefront’ to host restaurant and retail clientele.
