My interdisciplinary design career began with my triple major degree in Graphic, Industrial and Interior Design.  I applied this philosophy to creating and leading m+ for the last three decades!  After working in leadership roles with HDR and HOK I am now building upon my experiences to evolve and transform the practice of design through marquardt+ well beyond my legacy, to processes, teams and solutions yet to be imagined.  Starting with 10 team members in 3 studios in 1988 and working with over 78 people over the last three decades, I begin of the next phase of marquardt+ with new partners and a new approach to design.
