The first in a series of business partnerships with Gridwerk Architecture, marquardt+ Gridwerk were responsible for a complete architectural and site concept design, development and budget pricing for a new YMCA facility on the west edge of Racine, Wisconsin. Our entry was shortlisted to one of two out of twelve architecture firms.
