I formed m+ as an unprecedented interdisciplinary design practice bringing together diverse teams that provide targeted client driven solutions, and have done so for over three decades.
I first established Marquardt Design Collaboratives with three locations in Chicago, Milwaukee, and London. In 2000 we incorporated as Design Collaboratives and consolidated in Chicago. As the term ‘collaborative design’ saturated the industry and lost its original meaning, we rebranded the practice as marquardt+! Our rebirth is now in process and will result in exciting changes coming in 2019!

The m+ portfolio is defined by a diversity of work and solutions. Our specialty is our process, not a project type, implemented with passion and targeted expertise. We are a unique “bridge” practice that manifests brand, marketing and workplace strategies into experiential deliverables and the built environment. I see no limits, and so neither does my team nor our clients. The result is exceptional design on a per project basis by selected teams of interiors, graphic and communication designers, architects, brand and marketing professionals.
